Nutrition Counseling

We currently offer individual nutrition counseling via telehealth. Through one-on-one support, we assess your health and nutritional needs, empowering you to better manage chronic conditions, build sustainable healthy habits, and achieve your personal goals, such as improved wellness, increased energy, or enhanced fitness. Our personalized counseling includes an initial consultation, and ongoing follow-up sessions.

Initial Appointment

55–85 minutes

In your first session, you and your dietitian will take a deep dive into your:

  • Medical history

  • Eating habits

  • Diet history

  • Relationship with food

  • Challenges or barriers to reaching your nutrition goals

 

The session is divided into two parts. First, we’ll take time to get to know you and gather important background information. Then, we’ll shift to personalized education, helping you feel informed, empowered, and ready to move forward. You’ll leave the session with a clear, actionable plan and the confidence to take your next steps toward better health.

Follow-Up Appointment

55 minutes

Follow-up sessions are designed to support your ongoing progress and help you build a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. During these sessions, your dietitian will continue to guide and motivate you, tailoring recommendations based on your:

​

  • Medical history

  • Lifestyle habits

  • Personal goals

  • What has or hasn’t worked so far

​

Your dietitian will suggest a frequency that best supports your needs, but ultimately, you decide how often you'd like to schedule your visits.
